Ehrenstein Sager Recognized for Expertise in General Business Law: International Firms – Angola

Ehrenstein Sager is currently representing the country of Angola in a $1.1 billion dispute with an energy company over power plant contracts. In the firm’s most recent win for the country, the D.C. federal court dismissed the lawsuit. This ruling was the third time a U.S. federal courts recognized that Angola was the proper venue for the dispute. The most recent dismissal is now pending on appeal before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals
