Each year the Chambers Spotlight Guide awards a ranking small- to medium-sized law firms who have demonstrated excellence in their respective practice areas. Chambers conducts research each year to identify regional law firms that have demonstrated exceptional skill, knowledge, and legal acumen.

Ehrenstein|Sager is currently representing the country of Angola in a $1.1 billion dispute with an energy company over power plant contracts. In the firm’s most recent win for the country, the D.C. federal court dismissed the lawsuit. This ruling was the third time a U.S. federal courts recognized that Angola was the proper venue for the dispute. The most recent dismissal is now pending on appeal before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals
