As part of a competitive dance team that won three national titles, Lauren mastered the grace, poise, power, and precision of ballet. She combines these attributes with her technical legal skills and her appreciation for the choreography of the courtroom process to serve her clients.

Lauren handles a variety of complex business disputes, including litigation over competing partnership interests, trademark rights, corporate transactions, and real estate acquisitions and development.

Lauren also counsels clients on structuring estate plans and trusts in order to preserve and transfer wealth for individuals and families.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. In law school, Lauren was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and served as a Dean’s Fellow for core subjects including Civil Procedure, Property, and Torts. Lauren was a recipient of the Bruce J. Winick Award for Academic Excellence given to students in the top 1% of their class at the end of their first year and earned Book Awards in Civil Procedure, Contracts, Immigration, and Constitutional Law.

Further, Lauren was treasurer of the Business Law Society and a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association.

Lauren was born and raised in Miami and is fluent in Spanish.
