With extensive ballet training, Lauren showcases how grace and poise combine with power and precision for optimum performance in the world of competitive dance and in the courtroom. As part of a competitive dance team that won three national titles during her tenure, she applies the technical aspects of ballet — as well as the creativity involved in choreography — to serve her clients. 

Lauren handles a variety of complex business disputes, including litigation over competing partnership interests, trademark rights, corporate transactions, and real estate acquisitions and development. 

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. In law school, Lauren was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and serve as a Dean’s Fellow for core subjects, including Civil Procedure, Property, and Torts. Lauren was a recipient of the Bruce J. Winick Award for Academic Excellence given to students in the top 1% of their class at the end of their first year and earned Book Awards in Civil Procedure, Contracts, Immigration, and Constitutional Law. 

Additionally, Lauren was treasurer of the Business Law Society and a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. 

Lauren was born and raised in Miami and is fluent in Spanish.
